Due to the current health crises and the cancellation of so many in person events, ILSb-ICBB has granted us permission to appoint all three of our 2020 Title Holders. Our Community Bootblack Title Holder will be presented mid-December. We have a panel of three community leaders conducting oral and technical interviews to determine our winner.
